3. Review the Franchise Disclosure Document
You’ll receive our FDD, which outlines fees, obligations, and the full scope of the franchise relationship. Take the time to carefully review the information and become familiar with the franchise opportunity.
4. Franchise Application
Complete the Franchise Application and share your personal financial information. This helps us better understand your qualifications, goals, and readiness for franchise ownership.
5. Conduct Due Diligence
Take a deeper look at the opportunity and gather the information you need to evaluate whether Rusty Taco is the right fit for you. This phase gives both sides the opportunity to ask questions, learn more, and make an informed decision about moving forward.
6. Attend Discovery Day
Meet the team, tour a restaurant, and see the operation firsthand. This is a two-way fit conversation and an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the brand, culture, and franchise system.
7. Approval and Site Selection
Once approved, our team supports you through market planning, site selection, lease negotiation, and buildout.
6. Training and Grand Opening
Complete our comprehensive 4-week training program, then open with hands-on support from our team — and keep that support long after opening day.
